Our client is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join its Rural Business team based in Edinburgh. The role will sit within the Real Estate practice area.

The role involves a wide range of work and responsibilities include:

  • Purchase and sale of estates, farms, and forestry
  • Ongoing legal advice to estates and rural businesses
  • Advising on Contentious and non-contentious matters relating to agricultural holdings
  • Title queries
  • Commercial and contractual work related to land use
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ PQE with previous experience in the rural sector and rural property work.
