Our client, a successful UK law firm, is seeking a passionate and driven Real Estate Associate to join its highly recognised team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advises a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and banks.
In this role, you will work on a variety of commercial property and real estate finance matters, supporting premium clients across multiple sectors. Your expertise in acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters will be valued. If you are a general commercial property lawyer, there is also an opportunity to develop further specialisation.
The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years’ PQE with experience in commercial property law, ideally with a focus on real estate finance.
