Fantastic opportunity to join this Corporate Team working on energy and infrastructure, including oil, gas, renewables and heat. You will work within the Oil & Gas section of the team and will assist on a mix of upstream Operator and Service Sector work. Your key duties will include:

  • Advising operators on all aspects of upstream operational contracts
  • Advising on diligence aspects of M&A transactions,
  • Advising service sector clients and operators on contractual issues in relation to all types of specialist service sector contracts, including drilling, seismic, offshore construction
  • Advising on regulatory matters
