This Energy and Infrastructure team is currently recruiting a Projects and Construction Solicitor. The team advises project companies, contractors, service providers, funders, and public sector clients in the UK and Ireland on social and economic infrastructure projects across sectors such as education, health, transport, wastewater, municipal waste, and social housing.
In this role, you will work on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on project documents including project agreements, building contracts, facilities management contracts, appointment agreements, collateral warranties, direct agreements, bonds, guarantees, supplemental agreements, and variation agreements.
- Advising on procurement, funding, construction, and operation of infrastructure projects, including PPP/PFI/NPD/hub DBFM projects.
- Advising on hub design and build development projects, including drafting and preparing design and build development agreements, construction subcontracts, and other ancillary documentation.
To be considered, candidates should have between NQ and 6 years of PQE, with early 2022 qualifiers being considered. A keen interest in growing your career in this area is essential.
