This award-winning law firm is currently recruiting experienced Private Client Solicitors to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Executries team. The role is based in Aberdeen with hybrid/remote working options available.

The role will involve working with its Family, Corporate, Real Estate and Residential Property teams across Scotland. You will have a varied workload of Private Client work which will include advising on all aspects of executry and trust administration, Wills and Powers of Attorney and providing succession planning, asset protection and tax mitigation advice.

To be considered for this role you should be at the 2-4 years’ PQE level for the Senior Solicitor position and at the 4-8 years’ PQE for the Associate role. You will have a passion for private client work and a client centred approach. A STEP qualification is desired; however, the Firm provides a funded learning scheme for those not STEP qualified.

This is a full-time position, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and a flexible home working policy.
