A well-established and forward-thinking legal practice is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Lerwick, Shetland. The firm has a long-standing tradition of innovation in Scottish law, combining deep experience with forward-thinking approaches to solve complex legal challenges.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, with an emphasis on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and executry administration. You will be responsible for advising clients directly and managing the drafting and execution of relevant documents.
While a STEP qualification is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal applicant will possess at least one year of post-qualification experience, a background in private client work, and the ability to manage a varied caseload with confidence.
