A well-established Scottish firm is currently recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team based in Paisley. This is a permanent position and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload of private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, executries, and – where relevant – trusts. There is particular interest in candidates with strong executry experience or specialist knowledge in trust matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team and report directly to a senior member of the firm.
The team is ideally seeking candidates with 5+ years’ PQE, although strong NQ+ applicants with relevant experience from quality firms or strong local ties will also be considered. These are viewed as key appointments, and the firm is focused on finding the right individual rather than recruiting to a strict level.
A hybrid working arrangement is in place, typically three days in the office and two from home, with additional flexibility available depending on experience and workload.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and collaborative team that values high-quality client service and sustainable growth. The firm offers a supportive working culture and a genuine focus on work-life balance.
If this position could be of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 18006)
