An established legal firm in Glasgow is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least one year of experience.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving testate and intestate estates, with exposure to inheritance, capital gains, and income tax matters. You will work closely with a supportive team of legal professionals, including solicitors, paralegals, and legal assistants, under the guidance of a dual-qualified partner.
This role offers a balance of autonomy and teamwork, with scope for professional development and career progression. You will be expected to engage directly with clients, both in person and remotely, and contribute to the growth of the team through collaboration and business development.
Ideal candidates will be compassionate, organised, and technically proficient, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client care. While STEP qualification or dual qualification in Scottish and English law is advantageous, it is not essential.
