- Private Client Partner – Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)
Lead a highly regarded Private Client team, advising on wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax. Minimum 6 years’ PQE in private client work; managerial experience and handling complex cases advantageous. Strong leadership skills with ability to deliver successful outcomes and drive team performance. - Senior Counsel, Private Client & Trusts – Guernsey (Assignment 17516)
Advise international clients on complex private wealth matters, including trusts, business development, and training contributions. At least 8 years’ PQE in private wealth/trusts, ideally with offshore experience and strong commercial awareness. Collaborative, client-focused role within a global firm offering professional development and an inclusive culture. - Trust & Private Wealth Associate – Jersey/Guernsey (Assignment 17510)
Advise trustees, pension providers, and employers on pensions law across multiple jurisdictions, with travel between Guernsey and Jersey. 2–4 years’ PQE in pensions law, strong drafting skills, and client-facing experience essential. Manage residential and rural property transactions, including estates and crofting, plus wills and powers of attorney.
