Exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing Private Client Team in Glasgow and Morayshire. The team takes pride in providing exceptional services to their clients and is looking for like-minded individuals.
The successful candidate will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues). Being STEP-qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful although is not essential.
Ideally, interested applicants will be experienced with knowledge of private client law, however, the team is willing to speak with candidates at all levels.
