This award-winning Scottish firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Lawyer to join its dedicated Private Client Team in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness or Elgin.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide expert legal advice on all aspects of private client work, including estate planning, wills, trusts, executries, tax planning, agricultural and business property reliefs, as well as matters involving adults with incapacity.
The team is keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE up to Partner level, who are commercially minded and possess strong private client experience. STEP qualification would also be an advantage.
