This highly regarded Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting an experienced Planning Solicitor to join its growing team. The team advises and represents a wide range of stakeholders in Scotland’s planning system. You will provide advice on a range of matters involving planning and environmental law including:
- Negotiating planning obligation agreements
- Planning and environmental due diligence for developers and funders
- Matters arising from property and corporate transactions
Candidates will ideally be at the 2 years’ PQE level and above, however the firm are willing to consider applicants at all levels. This is a full-time position with flexible location and working arrangements.
