This growing firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Professional Negligence team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year PQE and experience in commercial law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on claims for a broad variety of professionals (including solicitors and construction professionals) in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and will also gain exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
