Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking to recruit a Partner to lead its highly regarded Corporate Team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team of specialised Lawyers provides expert legal advice on corporate matters such as M&A, restructuring, private equity funding, management transactions, and capital reductions.
To be considered for this role, you should be a highly experienced lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE and a strong background in corporate law. A following is highly desirable, though not essential.
