We are collaborating with a leading UK Law Firm to recruit for an exciting Partner-level opportunity. The firm is seeking a Partner to lead its Corporate, Restructuring & Advisory Team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team has extensive expertise in handling a wide range of business restructuring and insolvency matters across various sectors.
The successful candidate will work across key areas such as litigation, insolvency, funds, disposals, and acquisitions. To be considered for this role, you should be a highly experienced lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate restructuring work.
