Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its fast-paced Family Team. The role can be based in the Whitburn, Livingston, or Bathgate office. This is a busy position, involving private family law work including separation and divorce, children’s hearings, family contact, safeguarding, and guardianships.

The firm welcomes candidates at all levels—from newly qualified solicitors to Partner level—who have relevant experience and a genuine interest in family law. A particular interest in private family law is desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive firm offering strong progression prospects and hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office).
