Residential Conveyancing – Paisley (Assignment 18007)

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
  • Provide excellent client care within a supportive and reputable law firm.
  • Open to NQ and experienced solicitors; flexible hours and potential hybrid working.
  • Civil Litigation – Glasgow (Assignment 18003)

  • Handle civil and commercial litigation cases, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session work.
  • Work closely with senior partners on complex disputes; strong client-handling skills required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE; offers career development, flexible working, and competitive benefits.
  • Antitrust, Competition & Trade Associate – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16276)

  • Advise on antitrust compliance, investigations, trade, public procurement, and merger control.
  • High responsibility from day one, including cross-border work and business development.
  • 2–8 years’ PQE; training provided; opportunity to join an international, growing team.
  • Personal Injury – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 17885)

  • Manage personal injury cases (RTA, employer liability, public liability) and advise clients.
  • Strong litigation skills required; experience in Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures.
  • 2–4 years’ PQE preferred; hybrid working model and career development opportunities offered.
  • Construction – Edinburgh (Assignment 18034)

  • Provide legal support on commercial and construction matters for offshore wind projects.
  • Advise on contracts, risk allocation, procurement, and project execution issues.
  • Scots or English qualified; up to 6 years’ PQE; experience in energy/infrastructure preferred.
