We are delighted to be working exclusively on a new opportunity with our client, a well-regarded law firm based in Hamilton. The firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The role involves managing a varied caseload that includes debt recovery, insolvency, landlord and tenant disputes, and general commercial litigation. Prior exposure to these areas is advantageous, and there will be opportunities to gain experience in employment law and property disputes.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong advocacy skills, and a genuine interest in developing their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment. This full-time position is open to solicitors from newly qualified up to 10 years’ post-qualified experience. Those at the more junior end will need to demonstrate solid litigation experience.
