An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and successful Scottish law firm in Ayrshire. The team provides expert advice across a range of litigation, including commercial and property disputes, debt recovery, and arbitration.
You will be responsible for advising clients on these disputes, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and at hearings. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members. This role is suitable for solicitors who are newly qualified to 5 years’ PQE, with a passion for litigation.
You will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases, providing high-quality legal services to a varied client base.
