Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for a Private Client Partner or Legal Director to join its respected team. This is a senior appointment suited to a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of private client matters.
The successful individual will manage complex and high-value estates, provide estate planning and succession advice, and support clients with wills, powers of attorney, and trusts. There will also be involvement in cross-border issues, tax planning, and related regulatory work where required.
The role offers significant client contact and responsibility, with expectations to supervise junior team members, contribute to strategic development, and play an active part in business development and wider firm growth. This is a full-time position, though flexible working arrangements may be considered.
