Job Description:

Our client, a leading full-service legal and property firm, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Rural Property Team.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE, with some experience handling rural properties and working with clients in the rural and agricultural sectors.

However, the firm is also open to candidates from other practice areas who can demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to becoming a rural property Lawyer.

The role will include:

  • Providing advice to a diverse client base on a wide range of rural property related matters.
  • Handling the purchase, sale, transfer, and lease of all types of rural property.
  • Handling business structures and succession planning.
  • Developing your expertise in all areas of the practice.

The role can be based in either the firm’s Edinburgh, Perth, or Forfar office.
