Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting a Knowledge and Development Lawyer to join its English Dispute Resolution team based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. The role involves supporting the English dispute resolution practice through training, knowledge sharing, and maintaining key resources.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing internal precedents
- Delivering training to fee earners
- Supporting client updates and training
- Monitoring legal developments
The successful candidate will also collaborate with other Knowledge Lawyers and contribute to wider firm knowledge initiatives. Applicants should have strong experience in English law disputes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to innovation and legal technology. Experience in real estate or construction litigation is desirable but not essential. This is a senior position suitable for a lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE. The role can be offered on a fully remote basis. Full-time and part-time options will be considered.
