Our client is currently recruiting a highly motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing firm. This role is based in Inverurie and candidates should be at the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level.
Some of your duties will include:
- Advising clients on the marketing, sale and purchase of properties.
- The conclusion of missives for and conveyance of title to residential properties.
- Security work relative to residential properties.
- Other general conveyancing transactions e.g. purchase and sale of plots of land, transfer of title between connected parties, drafting and completing deeds of servitude, deeds of excambion etc.
