Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting a Solicitor for its busy Personal Injury Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will handle a range of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, primarily motor, public liability and employer liability.
Key responsibilities include interviewing witnesses, drafting statements and instructing experts, gathering instructions through to resolution, preparing client reports, drafting letters and court documents, and ensuring billing compliance.
