Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its growing Property and Construction team. You will join a market leading team and will deliver proactive, commercially focused advice with in-depth experience across a full spectrum of businesses from start-ups to listed companies.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will advise on a range of construction projects, building and engineering contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and funding agreements.
