You will work on a broad range of high-value corporate matters across the UK and internationally, including leading transactions and advising on governance and structure.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE with a strong background in corporate law and a track record of supervising junior lawyers and managing transactions from inception to completion.
