Our client, one of Scotland’s leading full-service law firms, is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Inverness.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value corporate matters, including:
- Leading corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and investment deals.
- Advising clients on company structure and governance matters, including shareholder arrangements and directors’ duties.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to support business operations and growth.
- Providing strategic legal advice to a diverse business client base while developing and maintaining key client relationships.
- Supervising junior lawyers and managing transactions from inception through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and a strong background in corporate law.
