A well-established Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its Inverness office. The firm has a strong reputation across the Highlands and Islands and advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, offering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year PQE level and can manage their own caseload, work independently, and deliver a high standard of client service. Strong communication, organisational and advocacy skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on separation and divorce, including financial provision matters.
- Handling child contact and residence arrangements.
- Drafting and advising on cohabitation and prenuptial agreements.
- Managing adoption-related matters.
- Maintaining and progressing a varied family law caseload while providing excellent client care.
