Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for an Interim Solicitor (initial period of 3-4 months) to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow. This position involves transactional work in telecoms and commercial asset management—both areas currently experiencing rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish commercial real estate, with strong organisational skills and a commercial approach to legal issues, as well as the ability to influence effectively at all levels. Experience in telecoms is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Candidates with experience in residential property, residential development, or rural property will also be considered, provided they have an interest in transitioning to more commercial work.
This is a full-time position with the option for hybrid working, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and work with a high-calibre client portfolio. Candidates seeking flexible work arrangements are also encouraged to apply.
