This Glasgow law firm is currently seeking an interim senior lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team on a full-time basis for a contract term of up to 6 months. The role involves managing a broad caseload of diverse civil litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in various dispute cases including:
- Contracts
- Commercial landlord & tenants
- Professional negligence
- Property
- Residential matters
There may also be opportunities to work on criminal defence cases. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years PQE with a strong background in general litigation. Experience handling sensitive and complex matters is desirable. Some experience in criminal law is beneficial but not essential.
