In the last few months in particular, we have seen an increase in demand for lawyers who are interested in making this move. Infrastructure Finance and Programmes/Net Zero – Edinburgh (Assignment 17004)

  • Lead legal support for Net Zero Buildings team, focusing on heat networks, public sector decarbonization, and innovative funding models.
  • Requires 4+ years’ PQE. Provide legal and commercial guidance on heat network projects, collaborating with public/private sectors to align with Scotland’s Net Zero goals.
  • Engage in policy development, stakeholder management, and project support, from feasibility to business case development and procurement.

Commercial Contracts – Edinburgh (Assignment 17027)

  • Handle a varied caseload of commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Requires 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial contracts and the ability to work independently.
  • Fixed-term (3 months), primarily office-based with some flexibility.

Interim Legal Counsel – Edinburgh (Assignment 16975)
