Our client, a leading European Infrastructure Group, is seeking an Interim or Permanent In-House Legal Counsel. This part-time role (around 1–2 days per month) can be carried out remotely, with a UK base in Glasgow.
Acting as the first point of contact for the Managing Director and Commercial Team, the position is ideally suited to candidates interested in a long-term permanent arrangement. The work will focus on commercial contracts, with additional involvement in employment matters, lease reviews, and company secretarial support for several UK entities.
While external counsel handle specialist advice, the company now requires senior in-house expertise for day-to-day issues. The role can be structured as a flexible permanent position or an IR35-compliant consultancy.
Candidates should be Scottish or dual-qualified Solicitors with strong commercial contracts experience and the confidence to advise across a broad range of business matters. This is a rare opportunity to shape the legal function within a growing UK business backed by a major international group, offering significant responsibility and a highly flexible working model.
