Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Practice Development Lawyer to join its Employment team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This hybrid role offers the chance to work at the forefront of legal innovation, shaping knowledge strategy and delivering high-value solutions to clients and colleagues.

Working closely with partners, senior lawyers, and stakeholders, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance client service and internal efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving innovation through new practices and resources
  • Overseeing horizon scanning
  • Providing insight into key legal and market developments
  • Managing the development of technical and commercial materials
  • Contributing to thought leadership
  • Designing training programmes for both internal teams and clients
  • Responding to consultations and advising on regulatory changes
