A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with at least seven years’ post-qualification experience to join its Land & Property team. The firm is known for delivering tailored legal and tax planning services to individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, charities, and trustees.
In this role, you will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development options, and planning agreements. Clients include businesses with diverse property interests such as retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
