We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior Private Client role with our client, a well-established law firm headquartered in Aberdeen. The firm is currently looking to recruit a Partner to lead the firms highly regarded Private Client team on a full-time basis. The role is based in Aberdeen; however, the firm will also consider Edinburgh or Glasgow for the right person.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of private client work such as wills & executries, trusts & estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 years PQE with a strong background in private client work. Previous experience of working in a managerial role would be advantageous as well as exposure to handling sensitive and complex cases. This position would be suited to someone with excellent leadership skills and who possess the ability to drive successful outcomes in legal matters.
