This well-known Scottish law firm is recruiting a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team based in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and company sales
- Leading corporate matters from initial structuring through to completion
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and stakeholders
