Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join its Restructuring & Insolvency Team in Glasgow, with Edinburgh also considered. You will handle non-contentious restructuring matters and advise a range of stakeholders on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE with experience in corporate law, banking, or commercial contracts, and a genuine interest in banking if not already experienced.
