This successful Real Estate team, which is one of the largest in the world, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow. You will advise on a range of real estate matters, both domestic UK transactions and activities of the firms’ global clients. This will include investment, retail occupier, real estate finance, and development transactions.
The team is keen to hear from candidates from 1-4 PQE level and upwards with real estate experience; however more senior candidates would preferably have experience of the following:
- Investment based disposals and acquisitions.
- Development and infrastructure projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, easements, licenses and agreements for lease.
