Our client, a prestigious independent Law Firm, is looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The purpose of the role is to assist the Banking & Finance Team with real estate finance and banking transactions, while also supporting Partners and other fee earners in delivering exceptional, client-focused service.

You will handle real estate finance documents, title matters, corporate authorisations, securities, registrations, and post-settlement support, ensuring tasks are completed on time and clients are updated.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates at the 2+ years’ PQE level who have a strong understanding of managing real estate or real estate finance transactions, including title examination, due diligence, and related legal aspects. Experience with other aspects of real estate finance transactions is advantageous but not required.
