Our client, a well-regarded firm in Glasgow is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters, and the position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, and executry matters.
- Preparing confirmation applications and administer estates.
- Advising on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and support business development activities.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Scotland with 4+ years’ PQE. You will have private client experience, strong knowledge of Scots succession law, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
