Our client, a leading UK law firm specialising in insurance litigation, is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its Defender Insurance team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of defender personal injury, motor, employer’s liability, public liability, fraud, regulatory, and cross‑border claims.
- Responsibilities include progressing cases from pre‑litigation through litigation, drafting legal documents, reviewing evidence, supporting senior solicitors, and delivering high‑quality client service.
Qualifications
- The team is open to candidates of all levels from NQ level upwards.
- Applicants should have experience in defender insurance or personal injury litigation, be confident managing a caseload, and possess strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
