We are working with our client, a global Law Firm to recruit a Lawyer for its Employment Team. The role purpose is to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues, and lead projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal and contractual disputes.
- Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, restructuring, TUPE, and cross-border matters.
- Building and maintaining client relationships and supporting business development.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members on projects.
- Applying technical legal expertise and managing legal processes efficiently.
- Contributing to team strategy, knowledge sharing, and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidates will be at the NQ-3 PQE level and should have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and experience guiding and developing teams. Some experience in employment law is desirable.
