This is an exciting opportunity for a junior/mid-level Banking & Finance lawyer to join this firm's growing industry-leading transactional Banking team. This team acts for a wide range of funders and corporates, as well as lenders and borrowers. Our client is flexible in terms of location and is open to the role operating from their offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh or remotely.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in general banking work on a wide variety of transactions. Candidates qualified in Scots law and/or English law will be considered. This is an exciting and challenging role and is an excellent opportunity for ambitious candidates to progress their career within a global firm.
