A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified to two-year PQE solicitor to join its growing Banking & Finance team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on a wide range of finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and structured finance.

The team advises both lenders and borrowers, including major financial institutions and corporate clients. This role has been created in response to increasing client demand and forms part of the firm’s wider strategy to build one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking finance practices in the UK.

The successful candidate will be joining a national team with a strong reputation for technical excellence, commercial insight, and sector expertise. You will be involved in high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to complex deals and working alongside experienced lawyers recognised as leaders in their field.
