    Handle a varied family law caseload including separation, divorce, child law, surrogacy, and complex financial disputes; opportunities for litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Demonstrate independence, advocacy skills, Court of Session experience, and strong client communication.   • Family Associate/Senior Associate/Legal Director – Edinburgh (Assignment 17327)
    Manage own caseload in English family law, including financial and child matters, across Scotland, England, and cross-border cases. Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements in an inclusive, forward-thinking law firm environment.
  • Family Lawyer – Angus/Dundee (Assignment 17481)
    Manage a varied family law caseload including divorce, separation, child law, and cohabitation issues with autonomy. Apply at least 2 years’ PQE, strong communication, negotiation skills, and client-focused professionalism.
