Our client, an award-winning Scottish firm, is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its real estate practice. The firm has several offices across Scotland and is open to which location the successful applicant is based from (with the option to work remotely for part of the week).
Interested candidates should have relevant commercial property experience. The firm is open to all levels of solicitors from NQ to senior associate. Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and a focus on client relationships is essential. Previous exposure to commercial landlord and tenant work would be beneficial.
