Our client, a leading full-service Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its busy and ambitious Commercial Property department. The firm works with a wide variety of clients including developers, investors, landlords and tenants, and is known for its strong reputation across both commercial and private client sectors.
This opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of the team’s work and is ideally suited to a solicitor with a strong background in commercial property transactions. The team is open to candidates with 1+ years’ PQE and above.
The successful candidate will take a lead role in handling complex deals involving sales, acquisitions, development projects, funding arrangements and leases. The role also involves mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to business development activity, and actively supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
While the position is primarily office-based, flexible or hybrid working arrangements may be available depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused firm that places real value on developing its people and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
