Our client, a modern Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its busy team based in Glasgow. You will be involved in all aspects of property and contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency litigation in the Sheriff Courts.

Duties will include:

  • Advising a broad range of clients from SMEs to large public sector organisations
  • Dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation
  • Taking statements from witnesses
  • Attending court hearings

To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years PQE and must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to deal with a broad range of litigation matters. This position is full time and hybrid working is also on offer.
