Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Banking and Finance Team to work on a wide variety of transactional and banking advisory work, including real estate finance, social housing finance and general banking support.
Some of your duties will include:
- Advising clients on banking and real estate finance matters including drafting loan and security documentation associated with different types of finance and legal options.
- Reviewing certificates of title and advising our clients on issues arising.
- Assisting clients to meet their overall business objectives.
- Drafting of legal research and papers for client advice and/or wider publication.
- Project managing transactional work and working with other practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Involvement in business development activities linked to the strategic plan of the practice area and firm.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 years’ pqe and have relevant banking and property finance experience.
