We are pleased to be instructed as the sole agency for this opportunity with a well-established legal firm and estate agency based in West Lothian. The firm provides a range of legal services, including residential property transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and executry services.
The firm is seeking an enthusiastic Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload, including residential conveyancing, private client work (wills, trusts, and POAs), commercial leasing, and rural property matters. Reporting to the Partner and sole Solicitor, this is a client-facing, office-based role in a busy practice supported by paralegals and legal secretaries, with potential for future partnership and management opportunities.
The firm welcomes candidates at all levels from newly qualified and above with experience in residential conveyancing and/or private client work.
